In order to not pay a player at all some casinos will refer to their terms and conditions to try and worm their way out of it. This is often done by telling the player that they have not cashed out their bonus that they didn’t ask for in the first place. Another important thing to look out for in an online casino is reliable customer support. I recommend avoiding casino’s with no support in house. You will find that many casinos don’t have these, instead they have a third party in India for example and the support will not be very good. What software is used by the casinos is also key. Some software used is really realistic and fast. On the other hand, there are just as many casinos with software that is really slow and dated. As long as the casino you find has a good level of customer service, fast payout times and decent software then you will have a great time. Unfortunately there are very few casinos that have all of these qualities.
